The Clin-Clair Fire Department Engine House located at 406 West State Rt. 161 in Albers was built in 1985. The current members of the department at that time constructed the entire engine house. Today, the engine house sits on approximately 3 acres.  A large open training area in the back allows for any type of training to be conducted. 

Continuous upgrades have been made over the years to make the engine house as functional as possible.  The engine house consists of two drive-through bays and one front loaded bay which can house 4-5 fire apparatus depending on the lengths.  Also located in the bay area are two large storage areas and a high pressure cascade system for filling SCBA bottles.  Inside consists of a radio room, two officer quarters, day room, state of the art training/meeting room, a kitchen, and additional storage areas.  For power back-up, a propane generator is used.
