On July 10, 2008 Clin-Clair Fire Department was dispatched around 1700 hrs. to Monterey Rd. South of Albers for a fully involved hay barn fire. Upon arrival of the scene, Clin-Clair Unit 8311 personnel began the initial attack and exposure protection while Unit 8317 personnel setup portable tanks and also began exposure protection. Germantown and Aviston also responded to the scene with a engine and tanker each. Once the fire was under control, a track-hoe separated the remaining smoldering bays. 250+ round bails were in the shed. All departments cleared the scene around 2300 hrs.
